Mr. Bidwell brings to ITC Expert Services over 25 years of multi-disciplined engineering experience. He has fully utilized his diverse hands-on experience in the investigations of fires and explosions involving residential, commercial, industrial and mining equipment. He has also been responsible for failure analysis and incident investigations relating to chemical processes or process equipment, chemical exposure and industrial accidents. Mr. Bidwell has nearly two decades of experience in all engineering aspects of chemical processing and industrial plant operations, including design, operations, maintenance safety and bulk material handling and transportation.
Clients include major petroleum and chemical producers, regional fuel gas companies, the United States Chemical Hazard and Safety Board (CSB) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He also provides expert testimony and litigation support.
In addition to his engineering experience, Mr. Bidwell is a General Industry OSHA Authorized Instructor, and has been a certified automotive mechanic, a licensed Journeyman plumber, a certified welder, a trained emergency medical technician (EMT) and commercial truck driver.
