Mr. Farrow has over 30 years of Construction Management Experience in wide variety of commercial construction projects, both on behalf of General Contractors and Owner and Developers, as well as an outside consultant.  Therefore, his understanding of the demands, perspectives and nuances from allsides of the construction equation brings valuable insight into the management decisions, risk assessment and minimization and dispute resolution.

Mr. Farrow's experience includes directing projects from their inception through final delivery: Due Diligence and Entitlements, Proforma Budgeting, Design Management, Construction Procurement and Management, and Turnkey Delivery.  A track record of successful projects speaks to his knowledge of the important details and proven systems necessary to ensure that the goals are met.  He utilizes this experience to set projects on their proper course, make adjustments to projects that are off course, or provide analysis of construction management deficiencies that have led to disputes.

Mr. Farrow has prepared and defended against numerous claims that involve General Contractor/Subcontractor and Contractor/Owner disputes.  This provides perspectives from all sides of a dispute that is important in determining the strengths and weaknesses of a case and forming negotiating strategies. Specific dispute resolution experience includes discovery and correction of construction defects, design errors and omissions, unfounded insurance claims, delay claims, liquidated damages, construction testing negligence, and manufacturer's defects.
