Mr. Schlepp studied at the Cleveland Institute of Electronics and has extensive experience with process control system design, application computer programming, Mini-computer and Microprocessor System Design, SCADA System Design and their implementation. As CEO and founder of FLC, Mr Schlepp is responsible for corporate management and Instrumentation and Control System Design Project Management. FLC specializes in providing Integrated Instrumentation, Process Control and SCADA systems for Industrial Data Acquisition, Research, and Development Test Apparatus Equipment Design. FLC specializes in providing systems for Natural Gas Transportation and Distribution, Water Treatment and Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Reclamation Treatment, Chemical Processes, Mining Process Control for Ore Processing (underground and open pit), and industrial plant utilities. Mr. Schlepp has provided the master plan for automation and monitoring of major natural gas pipeline, developed math models for major natural gas pipeline and distribution control. He has also consulted as corporate design and implementation manager for process control of mining to a major mining firm in Canada. Mr. Schlepp is a member of the Society of Tribologist and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), a senior member of the Instrument Society of America (ISA), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Water Pollution Control Federation (WPCF), the Midwest Energy Association, and the Southern Gas Association.
