Mr. Rogers is responsible for engineering activities involving various types of vehicles and transportation related equipment as well as activities involving machine design and mechanical systems evaluations. He specializes in accident reconstruction and analysis of vehicles and equipment utilized either on-highway or off-highway including material handling and construction related applications.

Mr. Rogers provides consulting in areas of vehicular component and systems testing, restraint systems,vehicle dynamics, and accident reconstruction related to automobiles, trucks, off-highway construction and material handling equipment. Mr. Rogers has consulted in the area of machine design relative to transportation, material handling, manufacturing, and industrial applications.

Mr. Rogers has an M.S. and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
